Julie Anne Aspinall
Let me tell you a little bit about me
Whilst growing up my mother offered a wonderful holistic balance to the strong medical roots in our extended family. And, as an adult, I have increasingly found myself turning to holistic therapies for help.
Infertility, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, and the kaleidoscope of symptoms associated with them, have left me well equipped to understand the place so many of my clients are in when they come to me.
Coupled with my passion for the relief holistic therapies can provide us with, it’s why I trained.
Qualifications
Qualified at the highest level awarded to reflexologists in the United Kingdom, the Centralia Reflexology Mastership, I am actively continuing my reflexology career development. I find the development of reflexology and its potential incredibly exciting and fascinating, and I want to ensure I always deliver the best from the world of reflexology to my clients.
Regulated by the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), I’m a member of the Association of Reflexologists and Professional Reflexology and both provide strict codes of practice and ethics ensuring truly professional standards.

Experience
I’ve worked with clients young and old, male and female, and the issues that have brought them to me include mental health/mental wellbeing concerns such as anxiety, depression and OCD, as well as stress, grief, insomnia, thyroid, musculoskeletal aches, pains and injuries, fertility, arthritis, kidney stones, PMT and ovarian cysts - to name a few!
If, however, I feel reflexology is not right for you at this time (or indeed you don’t), I will happily refer you to other complementary therapists I feel I can recommend in the local area, and have done! There are some fantastic therapists on our doorsteps.
Please note, whilst I offer a beautiful space, time and ever-expanding knowledge and experience, reflexology is a complementary therapy. It is here to support your healthcare and self care. Always speak to your GP regarding any health concerns.

The Cocoon...
Everyone needs somewhere to retreat to, some place private, some place cosy. Some place just for them. That can be hard to find.
Introducing... my cocoon. It’s some place special and, quite simply, good for the soul.
With underfloor heating for cosy toes, double glazing for snug gazing, space for a younger client's small entourage (parent/guardian and sibling), its own little zen garden (with its own little zen toilet) and a wonderful feeling I wish I could bottle. It’s a peaceful, nurturing space in which I offer the highest standard of clinical reflexology and time.
What My Clients Have To Say
"I started having reflexology due to PMT symptoms. Whilst I was having treatments I would always fall asleep a few times I experienced a feeling where my mood/worries had been taken away it started black then I could see a white light as if someone was shining a torch in my eyes. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments I was sleeping better PMT had improved my shoulders and neck was less painful as my stress levels had dropped. Also in this time I gave up smoking so I was very stressed reflexology definitely helped. I would recommend this treatment to anyone. Julie is truly a fantastic beautiful lady and absolutely amazing with her clients."
